For his part, Milot, Nica Lagredel, the first magistrate of the town, promising to seek the services of the beneficiaries once their training is completed. It considers the mastery of agricultural techniques "necessary to the advancement of the country," noting that "if we had committed such actions earlier, we would not be there today to wait for everything we consume come from the outside."
