Haiti - FLASH : Armed men in military fatigues marched in the capital

Friday, 48 hours of the end of the mandate of President Martelly, dozens of heavily armed people in military fatigues that claims to be of the former Armed Forces of Haiti (FAd'H) traveled by motorcycle and pickup the streets of Port -au-Prince and Delmas.
