Dilma Rousseff left the summit to go alongside the bereaved families.

Haiti is standing at your side in this event and renew you his firm willingness to strengthen day by day the ties of friendship and cooperation that bind it to Brazil," affirmed, moved the President Martelly.

Remember that this fire caused by fireworks used by the group in concert on stage, broke out in the night from Saturday to Sunday 27 January around 2h30am [according to witnesses] in the disco "Kiss" of Santa Maria, a university town in southern Brazil. 2,000 people were inside the club, while the regulation allows only 1.000.
