Indeed, resolutely turned towards the culture of compromise and "win-win" negotiation, the SE-ONA now opts for a shared dialogue and invites the ONA Directorate Management to modify the postures to avoid falling back into the old reflex of confrontation.

This is evident from this week's meeting between SE-ONA and the institution's senior management. A meeting that allowed the union to share its agenda for years to come and stakeholders to understand the need to converge their actions towards peaceful social relations. Both parties agree to move forward by maintaining a permanent dialogue rather than in the conflict, also taking into account the interests of the Office as part of a common vision of management.

Although the first step has been successfully completed, there are many more, recognize the members of the Union, including the consideration of staff demands and the implementation of reform proposals within the union.

At the end of the meeting, the two visibly satisfied parties who see this first stage open up on better days, agreed to continue the exchanges to improve the working climate...
