Second tear bomb and sporadic shootings

This morning after an individual threw a tear gas canister at the voting center at Mirebalais High School, causing a panic https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-19945-haiti-elections-tear-gas-on-a-voting-center.html the police intervened and regained control of the voting center, electoral operations continue. CASEC/ASEC ballots, CEP specifies
