Haiti - Security : A Haitian killed a Dominican military

Thursday night, an individual undocumented of of Haitian origin later identified under the nickname "Lizat", shot 3 times in the chest, Mónico Ogando (Moreno), Sergeant of the Dominican army also Chief of the military post in Las Lagunas, (20 km south of the center of Elías Piña), while commanding a patrol in pursuit of a man on a motorcycle.
