Earlier this week, Uder Antoine, the General Coordinator of the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH), met the team of the National Directorate of Water Supply and Sanitation (DINEPA) following the invitation of its Director General, Lionel Joseph Duvalsaint.
During his intervention, Mr. Antoine, presented the role and the task of the OMRH he runs for almost 16 months and spoke of the challenges and objectives to be achieved during 2014. He highlighted the progress of the reform of public administration, such as the order fixing the procedure and conditions of recruitment by competitions.
The support of the OMRH to strategic planning and effective management of human resources, the national training policy and the establishment of centralized file, are aspects that particularly caught the attention of senior executives of DINEPA, decentralized and territorial structure. They took the opportunity to advocate for better recognition of the reality of autonomous entities under this reform.
