Monday at 5:00 pm, 24 hours after the handover of weapons by the Chiefs of rebels of Curtis, the men of the locality of Barette of Petit-Goâve, have also handed over their weapons to the mediators Father Miguel Auguste and Me Deus jean François, two members of the Civil Society of Petit-Goâve in the presence of the press.

At this event, Father Miguel Auguste and Me Deus Jean Francois, urged the youth of Barette to permanently renounce to the violence to get their claims and recommended in their favor, the implementation of a program of rehabilitation and of reintegration social, highlighting the awareness work they had undertaken among these young.
