Haiti - Diaspora: 10th Open Day of Associations Franco-Haitian

Engaged in the solidarity for Haiti, the Platform of Associations Franco-Haitian (PAFHA) invites the public to discover its associative actions at its 10th Open Day of Franco-Haitian associations, Saturday, October 12, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Bourse du Travail of Saint-Denis : # 9-11, street Génin (Metro line 13, Saint-Denis Porte de Paris).

This 10th edition to be held on the theme: "Water: Source of Local Development in Haiti ?" will have as guest of honor Brother Franklin Armand, actor engaged in local development in Haiti since 1976, who will speak about his experiences and achievements particular in the development of lakes collinear in Haiti. Other political personalities, of the civil society and Haitian institutions like Jean Oscar, Deputy of Gressier, MZou Naya Belange Jn Baptiste, Deputy of the third district of Port-au-Prince. The Haitian Ministry of Tourism and many others are also invited.

Two round tables are proposed: "Inventory of the policy of management of water in the world : the case of Haiti" and "The role of decentralized and bilateral cooperation in water management". Other activities are planned throughout the day: associative stands, children's activities, various exhibitions, sale-signing of books, closing show with James Germain, Groovy Project, the storyteller Jude Joseph, G.I.A, IDRX, Jonez and Jouno.
