Haiti - Culture : 3rd Edition of the Festival Taste and Flavours Lakay 2013

The 3rd Edition of the Festival "Taste and Flavours Lakay - Haiti Food & Spirits Festival", organized by "Culinary Events" in partnership with the Tourism Association of Haiti (ATH) and Le Nouvelliste will be held in several establishments in the country of 27 September to 6 October 2013 on the theme "Let see our gastronomy with another vision".

For this new edition several major media in the United States and the Caribbean have been invited to enjoy our Haitian cuisine and promote our culture from Gastronomy.

On the program :

Friday, September 27: Evening Tasting (Karibe Convention Center);

Sunday, September 29: Brunch with 5 Chief Women (Hotel Royal Oasis);

Tuesday, October 1: Dinner under the Stars with 5 Chiefs (in the gardens of Karibe);

Thursday, October 3: Evening Wines and Spirits (Palm Residence);

Friday, October 4: Evening Competition Cocktail Barbancourt (Ritz);

Saturday, October 5: Exhibition Mache Lokal (Place Saint-Pierre Petionville).

Besides many activities such as: Restaurant Week, seminars and training sessions, cooking classes for children in collaboration with major international Chiefs like Paul Yellin "The Rum Chief" Amadeus winner of "Extreme Chief of the Food Network Show",Gilles Tollen from Canada and the Chief Gomez of the Dominican Republic.

Come in crowd, discover and enjoy all these wonders by participating in various activities of the Festival and taste the various dishes that will be offered, or simply to make your provision of local products.
