Simon Dieuseul Desras, President of the Senate and Jean Tholbert Alexis, President of the Lower House plan to meet at the Hotel Montana, 26, 27 and 28 August, various national and international actors, for, they say, to seek a solution to the pre-electoral crisis... Monday will be reserved for parties, Tuesday actors of civil society and Wednesday representatives of the diplomatic corps. Several political opposition parties have confirmed having received an invitation among others [the Patriotic Movement of Democratic Opposition (Mopod), Fanmi Lavalas, the Rally of Progressive National Democrats (NPDR) and the Organization of People in Struggle (OPL)]. By cons is the silence on the part of parties close to the Government, that neither the invitation nor confirm their participation...
