Following the call for expressions of interest launched on 28 June by the Government through the Ministry of Tourism to the promoters-investors interested in operating tourist sites in Île-à-Vache https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-8913-haiti-notice-call-for-expressions-of-interest-for-the-tourism-development-of-the-ile-a-vache.html , the Investment Department of the Ministry of Tourism informs having received on August 14, 5 proposals whose 4 were shortlisted.

"In light of the results obtained during the analysis of prequalification, the Ministerial Committee on Government Procurement recommended that the list of shortlisted establish as follows :

- Blue Marlin Development S.A.

- Charles Fequiere SA

- Royal Oasis

- Holmes international Development Haïti limited LLC"

The Commission states that after the examination phase of prequalification, it will proceed to the analysis of the technical proposals of the 4 promoters-investors retained in order to select the companies that will be allowed to sign an Agreement with the State and to execute the Tourism Development Plan of Ile-à-Vache.
