Tuesday, Me Lucmane Délille, the former Government Commissioner of Port-au-Prince has confirmed his transfer to the Ministry of Justice as Chargé de Mission and Head of Coordination of 18 jurisdictions of country "There is a revocation. It is a mutation. I will serve my country to another level," clarified Mr. Délille inviting his successor Me Francisco René to continue the work he had begun.

That same day, Me Roudy Aly, the Director General of the Ministry of Justice has proceeded with the installation of Mr. Francisco René, the new Commissioner of the Government, which previously held the same position at the prosecution of Port-de-Paix, urging him to "make the law his only compass."

The new Chief of the Prosecutions whose appointment is constantly being challenged declared "I will continue the work begun. I will restore the authority of the State. The rule of law must be a reality with my presence in the prosecutor's office [...] playtime is over, the radio drama is over. There is no longer question of treating the authorities anyhow [...] The slanderers will be prosecuted. I will strengthen the system of criminal justice," promised the new Head of the prosecution in a thinly veiled threat intends to certain media and political actors...

Senator Pierre Francky Exius, President of the Commission Justice and Security of the Senate, criticized the choice of the Minister of Justice of Me Francisco René, which seems to have succeeded in all jurisdictions where it was previously installed (Miragoâne, Aquin, Port-de-Paix) to get all the criticism. Senator calls for blocking the installation and does not preclude the possibility to interpellate the Minister Sanon.
