As part of the improvement of its services, the Directorate General of Electricity of Haiti (EDH) is pleased to announce to the general public and its customers in particular, that it has already satisfied from April 15 to 31 July 2013, over 11,000 pending applications for connection in the metropolitan area.

However, the EDH reminds that there are addresses that it can not locates, consequently all those who had requested an application and whose connection has not been made​​, are invited to come again, until the end of August 2013, to the nearest commercial agency with the original of their contract for a follow up. After this time such requests will be classified without further.

EDH relies on the participation and collaboration of the population to reduce fraud, but also for the protection in common of the metropolitan grid.
