As of September 2013 the Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies of Haiti (ISTEAH) will host 50 students in three programs of DESS, MA and PhD in education sciences, accompanied by 7 disciplinary orientations : biology and life sciences, chemistry, distance education and e-learning, management of education systems, mathematics, physical, earth Sciences and of the atmosphere.

Programs of graduate diploma (DESS) are intended primarily for those with a university bachelor's degree or Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the proposed orientations. In exceptional cases, may also apply to specialized graduate degree candidates with a university education considered sufficient by ISTEAH in a discipline

Masters programs (M.Sc.) are primarily intended for holders of a DESS of the ISTEAH in a discipline related to the proposed orientations. Can also apply to the Masters degree (M.Sc.), candidates with a university bachelor's degree or bachelor and training deemed appropriate by the ISTEAH.

Doctoral programs (Ph.D.) are primarily intended for holders of a master's degree (M.Sc. or M.Sc.A.) f the ISTEAH, having achieved a cumulative average of at least 3.2 out of 4 in a discipline related to the proposed orientations. In exceptional cases, may also apply to the doctoral degree (Ph.D.) candidates with a university diploma at least degree level or bachelor, a relevant work experience and training deemed appropriate by the ISTEAH.
