The Economy and Finance Commission of the lower Chamber invited tomorrow Thursday Wilson Laleau, acting Minister of Commerce, Thomas Jacques, Minister of Agriculture and Dr. Florence Duperval Guillaume, Minister of Public Health to discuss the situation of commercial exchanges with the Dominican Republic.

The Deputy Antoine Rodon Bien-aimé, President of the above Commission, denounces the violation by the Dominican Republic of ban import of poultry products in Haiti. Several Haitian parliamentarians also say, have noted that the bans measures, do not prevent the arrival of poultry products banned in Haiti and believe it is time, before this situation, to redefine the conditions under which are routed the Dominican products on our territory.

For his part, the Deputy Abel Descolines, which supports the ban, hopes that the Dominican authorities will be able to adopt a responsible attitude respecting the decisions of Haiti.
