Monday to Hinche, the President Martelly, proceeded to the inauguration of the Administrative Complex and Socio-Cultural of Department of the Centre. Built in strict compliance with the standards and fully air-conditioned, this modern three-storey building is designed to accommodate almost all the offices of the public administration of this department. Estimated at $ 2,670,000, this Cmplex was built with funding from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). The Head of State, satisfied with the quality of construction, congratulated all those who have contributed to the execution of this project and invited employees to provide quality services to citizens.

Accompanied by David Bazile, the Minister of Interior and Territorial Communities, Philippe Cinéas, the Secretary of State for Public Works and of Georges Garnier the departmental Delegate, the Head of State then went on the Place d'Armes of the town of Hinche, where he spoke to the population. In his speech, he especially insisted on the need for Haitian to growing fraternity so that the dream of a new Haiti becomes a reality.
