The Head of State, satisfied with the construction work of hree buildings, which will host the COUD, wishes h owever, provide this structure with adequate facilities to better serve the population in case of extreme natural hazards "It is not enough to have beautiful buildings to house the COUD, it also requires appropriate equipment and qualified personnel for a better result in civil protection," promising to take measures to make this COUD more effective. The COUD of Northeast, built at a cost of U.S. $ 2.4 million, is part of the program of construction of 10 COUD through 10 departments, for a total of 34 million U.S. dollars, whose 10 million are available for the training of the agents of the DPC, and the purchase of appropriate equipment.
