Thursday was held the installation ceremony of the new Deputy Director General of the National Identification Office (ONI), Mr. Rock Gilbert Biamby in the presence of staff of the institution and some colleagues of the Primature.

The ceremony held at the Conference Room of the ONI was chaired by Me Jean Renel Sanon, the Minister of Justice and Public Security (MJSP), it was held in an atmosphere of conviviality and was the opportunity for Mr. Jean-Baptiste Fils Saint-Cyr, Director General of the ONI, to welcome its new collaborator with joy, while congratulating him for the new contribution that he will give the young public institution.

Mr. Saint-Cyr qlso took care to point out the three main challenges that await Mr. Biamby in its new functions "the elections for the renewal of one third of the Senate and local government ; the modernization project of the identification ; the history," he said.

In his speech, the Minister in charge of ONI, Me Jean Renel Sanon, reiterated the concern of the President of the Republic Michel Martelly and Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe to give priority to the establishment of the rule of law in this country whose identification is one of the key vectors.
