A group of Mexican entrepreneurs performs ​​an exploratory visit this Thursday, March 14, 2013 in the Haitian capital. Operating in various sectors: construction, infrastructure, agriculture, technology and services, these Mexicans who are interested to the Haitian market, intend to inquire about the business climate in Haiti.

The mission will arrive Thursday morning at the Toussaint Louverture International Airport where it will be welcomed by the Haitian Ambassador to Mexico, Guy Lamothe, Mexican Ambassador in Haiti, Luis Manuel Lopez Moreno and Didier Fils-Aimé, President of the CCIH. The members of the delegation will have a meeting with Wilson Laleau, Minister of Commerce, before going to the Oasis, where they will meet among others, colleagues entrepreneurs for "one and one meeting."

The mission conducted by the Entrepreneurial Mexican Council for Foreign Trade (COMCE) will have meetings with representatives of the Government and the private sector. The COMCE, Mexican private sector organization, dedicated to the promotion of foreign trade, will sign a cooperation agreement with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Haiti (CHIC). This agreement aims to increase and improve trade and economic relations between Haiti and Mexico. The two institutions intend to form a strategic alliance in the field of commerce and industry.

This initiative of the COMCE, follows the participation of CFI in November 2012 in Mexico City, to the first investment forum between Haiti and Mexico.
