From February 2012 to January 2013, the collection of asset declarations has increased. During this period, the Unit for Combating Corruption (ULCC) received 217 forms of declaration of assets (déclaration de patrimoine), or an average of 18 per month.

Dated 22 January 2013, 85% of members of the government had made ​​their declaration of assets. The President Michel Martelly, the Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe and all Ministers had made their declaration of assets, among the 16 Secretaries of State, 10 had made their declaration. However, from changes made within the Government on 22 January 2013, 5 new ministers and two 2 Secretaries of State should make or update their declaration of assets to meet the quota of 100%.

Regarding the Directors General, 67.5% made ​​their declaration of assets (56 of 83). As part of his campaign of declaration of assets, the ULCC has indicated that several letters were sent to people concerned by the declaration of assets and that writs (exploits d'huissier) were notified to the refractory. Following these actions, a list of senior officials was sent to the Minister of the Economy and Finance under section 16 of the Act of 12 February 2008 which states : "Any person subject to the declaration of assets who, to the expiry of the time provided for in Articles 8, 8.1, 8.2, and three (3) months after a recall by writ notified to the diligence of the ULCC, in person or at real domicile, will not have completed this step, will be deprived of one quarter (1/4) of his salary until it provides proof of completion of this formality. The ULCC has an obligation to produce this recall within sixty (60) days."
