Thursday, the Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe, accompanied of Ministers : Me Jean Renel Sanon (Justice), Marie Carmelle Jean Marie (Finances) ; Jacques Rousseau (Public Works) ; Josette Darguste (Culture) ; David Bazile (Interior) ; Vanneur Pierre (Education) and Pierre Richard Casimir (Foreign Affairs) went to Parliament to answer questions from the Assembly of Deputies, as part of their oversight functions in accordance with the Constitution.

The Head of Government shared with parliamentarians, the actions taken by the Government to meet the demands of the Haitian people. The Prime Minister has provided the opportunity to each Minister to provide information on their sector of activity, and reiterated his commitment to respect the promises made in his statement of General Policy.

This democratic exercise, which responds to a logic of harmonization between the two powers has allowed the Prime Minister to make an inventory of actions already undertaken and to assess the level of progress of major projects of his administration.
