Haiti - Sports : The Minister Magalie Racine, visited of infrastructures in the North

Recently, in the framework of development of sports infrastructure across the country, of Government Martelly-Lamothe, Magalie Racine, the Minister of Youth, Sports and Civic Action (MJSAC), visited the sports facilities and work sites of MJSAC in the Northern Department.

The Minister began her tour at Parc common of Milot, a sports field with changing rooms, bleachers and stands of several thousand of places. This park is also equipped with a lighting system and a recreation area for children. Welcomed by youth representatives and athletes of the area, the Minister noted the grievances of beneficiaries and urged them to protect the Sports Park, funded by the Haitian government.

She visited subsequently, a field to Grande Rivière du Nord. Unlike Milot, where work is almost completed, the construction of field of Grande Rivière du Nord will end in March. The tour of the Minister Racine, was completed at the Regional Centre North of Civic Service of Grand Pré. She also identified the interventions needed for this center, which offers many opportunities for the sector.
