Haiti - Diplomacy : Martely received the traditional greetings and wishes of Great Bodies

Wednesday early evening in the garden of the National Palace, the President Michel Martelly, accompanied by the First Lady, Sophia Martelly and Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe, officially received the traditional greetings and wishes of end of the year of the great servants of the State and Representatives of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps.

This friendly ceremony took place in the presence of the senior officials of the Executive, Parliamentarians, representatives of the Judiciary and the Apostolic Nuncio Archbishop Bernadito Ausa, was an opportunity for the Head of State to wish a successful year 2013 for Haiti and for all the peoples of the Earth.

The President Martelly has expressed the hope that the year 2013 will be a year much better for the Haitian people in employment, education, environment, rule of law and energy.

The Apostolic Nuncio is among those who recognize the dynamism and commitment of the President of the Republic, to which he salutes the vision of change.

Mgr. Bernadito Ausa, referring to the signing of the agreement between the Executive and the Legislature to promote the forthcoming electoral contests in the country praised the dynamism, commitment and vision of change of President Martelly.

Representative of Pope Benedict XVI in Haiti has renewed the commitment of friendly countries to continue to support the Haitian government in its struggle for progress and change.
