Léon Ronsard Saint-Cyr, Minister of the Interior and Territorial Communities reminds the foreigners, that the legal authorization to stay in the national territory must not exceed 90 days.

The ministry reminds in this regard that "After this time, the formal obligation is made to them to report to the Department of Immigration and Emigration for the issuance or renewal of a residence permit valid for any fiscal year running from 1 October to 30 septembre. Any offender, in violation of the Decree-Law of 26 December 1978 on the Immigration and Emigration, incurring penalties provided for in Articles 31, 34 and 44.

Foreigners have 15 days from this notice to comply with the regulations in force.

The Brigade of Control of Foreigners of the Directorate of Immigration and Emigration has been instructed to take the subsequent actions."
