Wednesday, of deputies of the minority, belonging to the block Parliamentary for the Institutional Strengthening (PRI) [composed of 20 members], led by the Deputy Sadrac Dieudonné, burst into the offices of the Prime Minister, paralyzing all activities of the Primature, in order to protest according to them, against "the government's failure to address the critical problems of the population."

The Deputies protesters [among other : Arnel Bélizaire, Béguens Théus, Clément Dupner, Francener Denius, Jean Ronald Oscar, Patrick Joseph, Pauly Faustin et Sadrac Dieudonné], protesting in fact, against the funds of 10 million Gourdes allocated to each municipality for the implementation of infrastructure projects [in the 2011-2012 Budget], which are not yet disbursed. They shout to the scandal, and accuse the power to boycott the constituencies, whose the elected members are not of the Presidential Majority.

In addition, these deputies argue that the funds will not be managed by the deputies, but will be forwarded directly to the firms responsible for carrying out infrastructure works...

Deputies protesters, threaten to prevent, at the opening of the next session of Parliament in January 2013, the presentation of works done of the Prime Minister. The Deputy Dieudonné, promises that a noise will prevent Mr. Lamothe to speak "We will prevent him with our bells"... To avoid confrontation, the deputies of the PRI advise the Prime Minister, to disburse the communal funds during the month of December 2012.

The General Secretariat of the Primature has vehemently condemned this intrusion unexpectedly, within the confines of the Primature of a group of deputies claiming to be of the opposition, creating a stir within the Administration "Under no circumstances, such behavior can be accepted, because, the public authorities must operate in mutual respect and in accordance with this Constitution."

The General Secretariat said that it found, for some time, that "certain laboratories of the opposition, trying by all means to destabilize the institutions to disturb the republican order. However, the General Secretariat, recalls, that it is more than ever disposed to a harmonious collaboration with the various State bodies and invites these deputies protesters at a meeting on Tuesday, November 27, 3:00 pm, "If their real motives are effectively to inquire about the progress of development projects in their communes."
