Haiti - Economy : Visit of a delegation of potential investors, American and Spanish
The Investment Facilitation Center (CFI) receives from 8 to 10 November 2012, a delegation of potential investors, American and Spanish. The delegation is composed of two American companies, one specializing in the distribution and sale of food products, pharmaceuticals and electronics and another in the construction and business facilitation as well as two Spanish companies.
These companies would like, from "joint ventures" with local businesses, expand their services in Haiti. The objective of this first step is to provide Haiti importers better prices than those currently offered in the purchase of imported goods and, secondly, proceed to the establishment of subsidiaries in Haiti.
Representatives of these companies will present their products and services this Thursday, November 8, 2012 from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm in the conference room of the hotel Kinam, located on the street Panaméricaine, n Petion-Ville. In addition to this session, individual meetings will be held Friday, November 9 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for Haitian import companies interested.
