Karl Jean Louis, the Director of Investment Facilitation Center (CFI) launched in Miami, Friday, June 22, 2012 the "Caravan of investment", at the Hilton Hotel, on Biscayne Boulevard in front of more than a hundred people, including men and business women, who received, at the event, lots of information on opportunities, and measures put in place to facilitate investment in key sectors, previously defined by the Haitian government.

The Director of CFI, announced the upcoming opening of "Single Window", which will enable investors to have a single gateway in public administration. He also informed the audience that the "Red Carpet Service" was already functional for those who contact the CFI before entering the country. This service includes a welcome at the diplomatic salon and a technical guidance in the completion of formalities of opening a business in Haiti.

Following the presentations of various panelists, including Karl Jean-Louis (CFI), Herve Denis, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Haiti (CCIH), Erick Balthazar of the Interministerial Committee for Regional Development (CIAT) of Marc D’S.A.and of Henry Claude Muller Pointevien of the Tripartite Commission for the Implementation of Law Hope (CTMO-HOPE), on the progress of Industrial Park North (Caracol), several participants described the meeting of fruitful.

The "Caravan of investment" will be in Orlando, Monday, June 25, before its final step : Atlanta.

The CFI in its mission to facilitate and promote investment, has benefited in this caravan, of the support of Haitian consulates, engaged in the romotion of investment in Haiti.
