"...if the President Martelly does not publish the amendment and it gets caught in the trap of those who say not to publish, I can tell you the years that President Martelly will pass to power, these years will be politically damaging, politically poignant and of years that will be very hard politically for the President Martelly.
I think it is imperative that the Presidents of both Chambers reiterated their request to the President, so that the latter canpublish as soon as possible, the amendment of the Constitution...
