Georges Sassine, the Executive Director of the Tripartite Commission of Implementation of the law of Hope, has welcomed the government's decision, estimating that the private sector will generate jobs very quickly in the construction sector.

Hervé Denis, the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Haiti (CCIH) is also satisfied with this decision arguing that the public authorities should initiate the first works and hopes that the banking sector and the Government agree to provide the businesses, an access to credit with reduced rate.
