Haiti - Security : 2 Americans arrested in the incidents of Friday

Two Americans, William Jason Petrie (Zeke), 39-year-old of Barberton [Ohio] and Steven Parker Shaw, 57, a native of Dighton [Massachusetts] were arrested Friday, May 18, following the intervention of the Police National National Police of Haiti during a parade of several hundred people in combat fatigues. These two Americans are among the 50 people arrested between Friday and Saturday. Réginald Delva, the Secretary of State for Public Security clarified Sunday that these two men are accused of conspiracy and to have provided logistical support to armed men who marched for the return of the Haitian army.
