The President Michel Martelly, has left the country yesterday Wednesday, to Miami, where he must undergo surgery in his right shoulder. This surgery was was planned from the previously performed successfully in October 2011, to his left shoulder.

The President Martelly will be back in Haiti Thursday, April 12, to welcome his Mexican counterpart, Mr. Felipe Calderon, who will make a brief visit to Haiti in response to the official invitation of the Head of State. It will be among others question, of the conditions of bilateral relations between the two countries. Several visits of cooperation projects funded by the Mexican government, in Port-au-Prince and surrounding areas are also scheduled on the agenda.
