Haiti - Security : 500 traffic officers for the whole country !
Will Dimanche the Director of the circulation of vehicles and of the traffic police, has 500 agents for the whole territory and less than 100 motorcycles to try to enforce traffic, apart from cars and trucks to more than 500,000 motorcycles in Haiti ! Will Dimanche demanding more effective, displacement means and weapons to be able to meet the challenge.
