Haiti - Justice : End of graffiti on the walls of properties...
Me Thierry Mayard-Paul, the Minister of Interior and of Territorial Collectivities is determined to fight against the non-compliance of rights of the private property which is reaching alarming proportions, especially during street demonstrations and electoral campaigns.

The Ministry reminds to everyone, that the respect of right to private property is constitutional and sacred. In order to enforce this principle, it strictly prohibits protesters, supporters of movements and to any individual or any sector generally to affix graffiti or scribbles on the walls of properties. Any person infringing this principle will be severely punished in accordance with the prescribed law.
