Terrorist "Lanmò Sanjou" leader of the 400 Mawozo gang, tones down his words Faced with the large-scale arrival of forces from El Salvador, Wilson Joseph, alias Lanmò Sanjou" leader of the 400 Mawozo terrorist gang, has softened his tone. On October 22, he had declared himself ready to fight; by the end of October, however, he released a video proposing talks with Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele, while continuing to deny any responsibility for the disappearance of four Salvadoran military personnel.

Nayib Bukele refutes false allegations by NGOs : In an open letter, Harvey Dupiton, founder of the NGO UNA-Haití, accused Salvadoran forces of conducting aerial bombardments, deploying armed helicopters, and carrying out operations involving weaponry on October 22 in several areas near the Haitian capital; he also called for an investigation into potential civilian deaths. Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele flatly rejected these accusations, pointing out that his helicopters did not arrive on Haitian soil until October 29—an arrival, he emphasized, that was "widely covered by the media, with numerous videos and social media posts confirming it.” Furthermore, he clarified that the Salvadoran mission possesses no bombs. He labeled certain NGOs as liars, describing them as lobbying firms for criminals and cartels, disguised as humanitarian organizations."

The GSF issues a denial : The Gang Supression Force (GSF) is aware of recent reports alleging the use of explosive devices and aerial bombardment by security forces operating in Haiti, including claims involving helicopters.
