According to the Embassy of Haiti, this agreement establishes an institutional framework for developing academic and scientific collaboration between the two institutions. Notably, it opens up opportunities for exchanges, joint projects, and the sharing of expertise for the benefit of faculty, researchers, and students. Lie Detector : 5 Certified Specialists at the PNH The Haitian National Police (PNH) now has five certified polygraph (lie detector) examiners, a first in its 31-year history. A certificate presentation ceremony took place on Friday, October 9, 2026, at the Hotel Montana, marking the conclusion of a two-week training course on post-test polygraph interview techniques provided to PNH examiners.
