On Wednesday, September 23, 2026, the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ) released the findings of its retreat dedicated to reviewing and processing magistrate certification files. Following three full days of work, the CSPJ received and examined 159 files submitted for its consideration. After a thorough analysis and a phase of administrative and legal vetting, the Council determined the following results: 119 certified judges, 17 non-certified magistrates, 2 magistrates asked to exercise their retirement rights, and 7 files requiring further investigation.
