This mission aims to facilitate access for Haitian citizens to certain essential administrative documents, including the Certificate of Good Conduct (criminal record check) and National Identification Cards.

This mission, composed of officials from the Ministry's Legal Affairs Directorate and members of the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ), is working in coordination with the Embassy to streamline procedures for the benefit of the Haitian community in Chile.

In response to high demand and in order to serve a greater number of Haitians, the mission's duration has been extended, and mission staff remain fully mobilized.

To facilitate access to the Embassy and ensure better-organized service, Haitian nationals are strongly encouraged to schedule an appointment online free of charge and without intermediaries on the official website of the Chilean Embassy at : https://ambchili.gouv.ht/maec/prendre-rendez-vous

Furthermore, the Ministry invites Haitian nationals residing in Chile and the Haitian population in general to exclusively use the official channels of the Ministry and the Embassy for all information regarding its services.

In accordance with the Prime Minister's directives, Foreign Minister Raina Forbin reaffirms her commitment to working with all relevant national institutions to facilitate access for Haitian citizens abroad to essential administrative documents and to ensure accessible, efficient, and local consular services.
