Jacmel : New Municipal Commission

On Friday, July 24, 2026, after being sworn in before Justice of the Peace Keder Adescar, the new members of the municipal commission were officially installed in their positions by the departmental delegate, Pierre Michel Lafontant. Opening up the rural road in Rendel

39 Years After the Jean-Rabel Massacre
