PM of Haiti visited the base of the Gang Supression Force

As part of the intensified offensive against insecurity, Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé visited the base of the Gang Supression Force (GSF) in Tabarre.

Fils-Aimé met with Jack Christofidies, the GRF's Special Representative, and Daniela Kroslak, Under-Secretary-General and Head of the United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti (BINUH), to discuss the effective deployment of new units and the acceleration of operations aimed at neutralizing armed groups.

Accompanied by Vladimir Paraison, Director General of the Haitian National Police (ONH), the Prime Minister inspected the technical facilities and infrastructure intended for the new contingents called upon to reinforce the coordinated action of the PNH and the Armed Forces of Haiti (FAd'H) in the complete reconquest of the national territory.

Addressing the Chadian, Salvadoran, and Guatemalan soldiers present at the site, the Prime Minister delivered a clear message : "The Haitian people expect only one thing from you : concrete results for the lasting restoration of security."
