Haiti - Justice : The CSPJ reminds magistrates of the prohibition to participate to political activities

In a resolution dated February 10, 2026 (CSPJ-SP/02-2026/88), the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ) considers that any political involvement by magistrates is likely to compromise their impartiality and affect the credibility of the judicial institution.
