Asset Declaration : Reminder from the ULCC In a note published on February 9, 2026, the Anti-Corruption Unit (ULCC) reminds former high-ranking political figures, as well as directors and cabinet members, that they must file their exit asset declaration. This reminder comes particularly after the end of the term of the members of the Presidential Transitional Council (CPT) on February 7, 2026, after nearly two years in office. This formality, stipulated by the law of February 12, 2008, must be completed within 30 days of the end of the term, at the clerk's office of the civil court in the individual's place of residence.
