The Embassy of Taiwan (Republic of China) in Haiti announces the launch of registration for two scholarship programs : the MOFA Taiwan Scholarship Program in General Subjects / Public Health and the ICDF International High Education Scholarship Program, for the 2026 academic scholarship campaign.

Haitian students wishing to continue their studies in Taiwan are invited to submit their application for one of the two programs, according to their choice.

Deadline for submitting applications : before February 27, 2026 (in person at the Embassy).

The Embassy reminds that the MOFA Taiwan Scholarship Program in General Subjects is open to candidates wishing to register for bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies. Students selected for this program will have the opportunity to take Mandarin courses from their first year, according to their preferences.

The MOFA Taiwan Scholarship Program in Public Health is open to candidates wishing to enroll for bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies in public health, with courses taught in English.

The ICDF International High Education Scholarship Program is also intended for candidates applying for bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies, with courses taught in English.

Important note :

(1) Each candidate can only apply to one program: either the MOFA Taiwan Scholarship Program in General Subjects, or the MOFA Taiwan Scholarship Program in Public Health, or the ICDF International High Education Scholarship Program. Any application not respecting this rule will be automatically canceled.
