The decision to dismiss the PM is illegitimate ?

"The decision to dismiss the Prime Minister is not legitimate because the majority of political forces did not participate in the latest dialogue launched by the Presidential Transitional Council (CPT). The CPT cannot make such an important decision without the political groups. The solution lies in dialogue to reach an agreement to organize elections as soon as possible," said André Michel.

The councilors calling for the Prime Minister's dismissal want dialogue

Smith Augustin, one of the signatories of the resolution demanding the Prime Minister's dismissal, sent a letter to Laurent Saint-Cyr, Coordinator of the Transition Council, in which he explains "[...] of While many voices, including those within my own political family, advocate for reaching an agreement prior to any change of government, it is clear that this decision, far from preparing the country for stability at the end of our term, is creating internal divisions and further weakening the foundations of the state, even challenging the very principle of our national sovereignty. Deeply concerned by this situation, and driven by a spirit of harmony and responsibility, I would be grateful if you would convene the Council without delay for a consultation meeting.
