Student Attempts to Drug His Classmates

In Jérémie, in the Grand'Anse department, a student was arrested for attempting to drug his classmates. He allegedly contaminated popcorn he was selling at his school by mixing it with marijuana. Several students who consumed the product on November 21st experienced dizziness, loss of balance, and various other symptoms. The investigation conducted by the Haitian National Police (PNH) led to the arrest of the young vendor, who confessed during questioning to deliberately putting marijuana in the popcorn.
