Dr. Bertrand Sinal, Minister of Public Health, signed the Ministerial Declaration of the 2025 World Health and Wellbeing Forum on behalf of Haiti. The forum, held in Taipei, Taiwan, focused on the theme "Taiwan's National Health Insurance at 30 : Towards Sustainable Success in the 21st Century".

This declaration represents a joint commitment from several health ministers worldwide, with the primary objective of strengthening Universal Health Coverage (UHC) and building more sustainable, innovative, and resilient health systems to address current challenges.
