DGI FLASH : New Rules for Check Writing

On September 26, 2025, the French Tax Directorate (DGI) published a Memorandum-circular regarding the writing of checks for royalties, taxes, duties, fees, and fines. According to the document signed by Director General Romual Petit, as of October 1st, 2025, the relevant checks must now be made payable exclusively to the "Trésor Public-DGI" and no longer to the French Tax Directorate (DGI).

Laurent St. Cyr alongside Trump
