The Ministry of National Education has published the 2024-2025 Baccalaureate exam pass rates for the (reformed Secondary 4 and permanent Baccalaureate) for 9 of the 10 departments: North-West, South-East, Center, North-East, South, Grande Anse, North, Nippes, and West.

The results for the Departmental Directorate of Education of Artibonite will be published shortly, the Ministry informs.

Results according to BUNEXE :

According to figures provided by the National Bureau of State Examinations (BUNEXE), the pass rates for the 9 departments in 2025 for the Single Baccalaureate (reformed NS-IV) are mostly down, with the exception of Grande Anse, North-West, North, and South. For the Baccalaureate for those who failed the exam, the rates are generally down, with the exception of Nippes and the South.

Single Baccalaureate (reformed NS-IV) - 2024-2025 :

South : Out of a total of 6,720 participants, 4,498 were admitted, representing a success rate of 66.93% (a sharp increase to 36.88% in 2024);

Grand'Anse : Out of a total of 3,506 participants, 2,169 were admitted, representing a success rate of 61.87% (a sharp increase to 18.94% in 2024);

Nippes : Out of a total of 3,860 participants, 2,109 were admitted, representing a success rate of 54.64% (a decrease to 67.03% in 2024);

Southeast : out of a total of 4,521 participants, 2,425 are admitted, representing a success rate of 53.64% (down from 60.53% in 2024);

North : out of a total of 11,232 participants, 5,586 are admitted, representing a success rate of 49.73% (up slightly from 47.72% in 2024);

Center : out of a total of 5,764 participants, 2,861 are admitted, representing a success rate of 49.72% (down from 57.48% in 2024);

Northeast : out of a total of 3,978 participants, 1,458 were admitted, representing a success rate of 36.65% (down sharply to 70.97% in 2024);

School principals are invited to obtain their school's ranking (by student) from the relevant Departmental Directorate of Education (DDE).

Nippes : out of a total of 545 participants, 335 are admitted, representing a success rate of 61.47% (a sharp increase to 33.24% in 2024);

Grand'Anse: out of a total of 1,089 participants, 581 are admitted, representing a success rate of 53.35% (a sharp decrease to 69.66% in 2024);

Center : out of a total of 974 participants, 447 are admitted, representing a success rate of 45.89% (a sharp decrease to 69.66% in 2024);

West : out of a total of 5,001 participants, 2,259 are admitted, representing a success rate of 45.17% (2024 not available);

North : out of a total of 777 participants, 345 are admitted, representing a success rate of 44.40% (a sharp drop to 70.97% in 2024);

Southeast : out of a total of 643 participants, 200 are admitted, representing a success rate of 31.10% (a sharp drop to 64.88% in 2024);

Northeast : out of a total of 827 participants, 230 are admitted, representing a success rate of 27.81% (a sharp drop to 33.61% in 2024);

Northwest : out of a total of 1,453 participants, 255 are admitted, representing a success rate of 17.55% (a sharp drop to 33.61% in 2024);
