For the 2024-2025 academic year, 41,537 students from 1,628 schools were registered for the baccalaureate exams in the Ouest department.

39,195 candidates participated in the 2024-2025 baccalaureate exams, 15,945 were admitted (40.68%), a sharp decrease (-17.69%) compared to the results for the 2023-2024 exams (49.42%).

Key figures :

The Ministry reports 2,342 absent candidates (5.6%) due to insecurity, a decrease compared to the 2023-2024 baccalaureate exam (5,009 absentees, 11.8%).

298 schools have a success rate of less than 10%, including 227 schools with a 0% success rate.

Conversely, 51 schools have a 100% success rate.

504 schools (30.96%) have a success rate of 50% or higher.

Only 6 high schools have a success rate of over 50%.

Top 3 high schools in the West :

1st Lycée Marie Jeanne, achieved a success rate of 76.62%

2nd Charles Belair of l'Arcahaie with 62.69%

3rd Lycée du Cent Cinquantenaire with 59.62%
