On Wednesday, August 27, 2025, during a virtual press conference as part of the final round of the Confederation of North, Central American, and Caribbean Associations (CONCACAF) qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup, French coach Sébastien Migné announced the list of 23 players convened.

Four new players join the team : Jean Ricner Bellegarde, midfielder for Wolverhampton Wanderers in the English Premier League; Keeto Thermoncy, defender for Young Boys in the Swiss first division; Yassin Fortuné, forward for FC Vizela in the Portuguese second division; and Jerry Desdunes, midfielder for AV Alta FC in USL League One in the United States.

In addition to these reinforcements, the national team's regular players are also on the roster for the next two matches : on September 5, 2025, against the "Catrachos" of Honduras in Curaçao, and then on September 9, 2025, against the "Ticos" of Costa Rica in San José.
